When starting off with new Buyers we meet for an intensive buyer's interview. During this interview the house buying process is explained from start to finish. The buyer is provided with the appropriate information to get started on his/her home search. From that day forward I am 100% committed to finding their home of choice and putting their interests first! When working with sellers, the seller's interview is at their house. During this time I provide for the seller a step-by-step process of getting the house ready for the market including what to expect once it's on the market and any additional information needed to get their house to settlement quickly and most profitably. In addition, I provide the seller with a Comparative Market Analysis and an explanation about what the real-estate market says their house is worth.
